The postage rates are calculated as follows:

Up to £24.99 = £5.99 P&P

£25.00 - £149.99 = £4.99 P&P

£150 plus = £3.99 P&P

Items will be dispatched within 7 working days by Initial City Link or Royal Mail and will require signing for upon receipt. Usually goods can be collected from Melksham for a refund of the postage charge but e-mail first to confirm. Please check your goods when they arrive and do not accept if they are unsatisfactory. Most items are dispatched directly from the warehouse to your door so please be patient if your order isn’t complete. It sometimes happens when stocks are low. Send an e-mail and your order will be quickly checked. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Should your product become defective please Email with details of the problem and your order number.
